The wait is over. The new spring/summer Perfectly Posh products are here! I am so beyond excited. I stayed up late last night launching the product info to my customers via Facebook and got up early this morning to place my first order. The overall theme seems to be beachy goodness, which I LOVE. Let me show you what I’m most excited about:
Gender Bender body wash! I love the scent of Gender Bender as it is, but I especially love the way my husband smells after using it. Cheesy, I know, but it’s true. I had hoped for a Gender Bender BFYHC but I’ll take the wash!
New hair products! Enchant Tress hair serum & Offshore Restore hair mask. My color treated hair is badly damaged and it needs a lot of TLC. I often use masks and coconut oil to restore some health and shine to it, so these two were among the first in my cart.
New lip balms! I am a sucker for a good lip balm and have fallen in love with Perfectly Posh’s lip balms. My current favorite is running low so I ordered an entire set of their new balms. They come in flavors such as watermelon, strawberry, pineapple, and cherry.
Coconut! There is nothing more perfect and beachy to me than the smell of coconut products. The Snarky Bars are my #1 item so I ordered several of these plus the coconut gift set. I cannot wait for this stuff to get here!
The new Posh to Meet You set… This is a great way to introduce yourself or someone new to Posh. It’s $19 and you get a Chunk, BFYHC, and lip balm in a cute gift box. Separately the products cost $22 so it’s a great deal.
Aside from all the new products released last night, the kit contents for February have been released as well. You can choose New to the Crew or Lots of Posh when you join. The February consultant exclusive is the BBF scrub and cannot be purchased on the site! We have an amazing team and I would love to have you be a part of it. You can read about all the ins and outs of being a Posh Consultant on my site. Let me know if you have any questions!
So what are you waiting for? You deserve to be pampered! Whether that be by purchasing products for yourself or signing up as a consultant and receiving weekly commissions. Pamper yourself and those around you!
We took a long weekend vacation to Gulf Shores, Alabama this past weekend and stayed at The Lighthouse. I have been going to the beaches at Gulf Shores and Orange Beach every year since I was around 8 years old. We absolutely love it there! We started going as a family when our oldest was fifteen months old and been every year, except maybe once. We always eat out at night, hunt crabs with the kids, shop at the outlets in Foley, play putt-putt, go to the arcade, etc. There is something for everyone in each direction you turn.
This year we went to The Hangout for the first time. We did lunch there as soon as we drove in and did the Pirate & Princess breakfast the next morning. That place is amazing! There is so much going on and it’s huge. They had a zoo activity going on during lunch and the kids got to see and touch animals, and for breakfast the next morning they got pirate eye patches, princess wands, and participated in a treasure hunt. They also have a foam party every few hours which the kids thought was awesome. Every May The Hangout puts on a huge music fest that draws in big name bands. We have never been, but it sounds like a huge party on the beach.
Aside from The Hangout, we also ate at Cosmo’s, Tacky Jack’s, and Lulu’s. Cosmo’s is by far my favorite place to eat when we go to the beach. They have a feta stuffed filet that is TO DIE FOR. I get it every time and it’s never disappointed me!
We had a great time at the beach and I cannot wait to get back next year!
This post from Stephanie at The Southern Lady Mama is CLASSIC.
She just took the words straight out of my mouth! We are leaving for Gulf Shores in a few weeks with our two kids and another family with two kids and although I would love to just sit and ENJOY the beach, it probably won’t happen until my kids are at least 13… Maybe not even then. I love going to the beach and taking my kids on vacation, but it is FAR from relaxing!
From the “It starts weeks before as I make piles of stuff we can’t forget.” to the “As soon as we get going a decent speed, we hear “I gotta go poop” from the backseat.” not to mention the “We finally sit down to take a breath and look at the ocean. And the kids start whining, “I wanna go to the pool now!!” Really?” this is our trip. We HAVE a pool… In our backyard! But as soon as we get to the condo the kids want to go to the pool, NOT the beach. I wish someone could explain this logic to me!
But yes, watching my kids play on the beach and find seashells and letting them bury me in the sand is ALL worth it and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Maybe next time I will be sure to hit up the liquor store before we get there, though.
