As you can see by the lack of photos, I got bored with the challenge real quick. Well, maybe not that as much as the fact that school started back and I have been way too busy with shuttling kids here and there, packing lunches and snacks, doing homework, AND cooking that I haven’t even thought about documenting my challenge for the last few days. However, the cleanse phase is OVER and it’s time for the results.
Something was killing my stomach all day every day and I wasn’t sure what it was. So I stopped drinking the fiber and taking the cleanse supplements for the last couple of days and thank GOD my stomach felt better. Too much fiber? Not sure, but it was killing me. I was drinking 8-9 8oz glasses of water every day with it so I am not sure that lack of water was the culprit.
Anyway, we weighed and measured today and I am very pleased with the results so far! I am down 4.8 pounds and a total of 4.77 inches with the most being in my waist… A huge trouble area for me! Hubby is down 8 pounds and a total of 8 inches. I don’t understand why men lose more faster, but he always outdoes me! He lost the most in his hips and I told him he lost his entire butt. He didn’t have much to begin with so now he has none 🙂
The max phase starts today and it is a LOT of supplements. 4 packets to be exact! I hope my stomach can handle all that, but I am taking mine closer to the meals than the 30 minutes suggested. I don’t want them sitting there on an empty stomach for that long. Wish us luck; we have 14 days left!
On a side note, I ordered a few more products to try. The AM AdvoBar is awesome! You just eat the bar for breakfast and it has 15g of protein and 20 vitamins and minerals. A great way to start your day. I also ordered the fruit chews and the AdvoCare OTG for when we finish the challenge.
