I have had several 5/5 fixes and even though this fix is a 4/5 it is by far my favorite fix so far! My note told Jaycie that we were going to Disney in October so I wanted some comfy walking around pieces for that and perhaps some warmer items since it would be cooler at night. I had the Gilli dress pinned, as well as every Corinna I could find a picture of. Everything else, she took just from inspiration on my boards.
The Gilli Shay Maxi Dress is so amazing! I pinned it just because I loved the design on the bottom, but it is so much prettier in person. I mean, just look at those gorgeous colors! It’s like a rainbow on the bottom and who doesn’t love rainbows? The pattern on the sides doesn’t line up and I know that is a huge thing for some people, but there is so much going on here that I think it blends really well and it doesn’t bother me at all.
This Daniel Rainn Celina Split Neck Blouse is so pretty and feminine and I just love it all the way around. It fits great and I love the pleat coming down in front.
I think I had a similar cardigan pinned, or it may even be this one but in an oatmeal color. This is the Sweet Rain Everley Open Cardigan and it is amazing! So soft and comfortable. It’s over-sized and chunky knit and can be worn with pretty much anything! My favorite part is the big open pockets on each side.
I got another Corinna! I am pretty sure I squealed when I pulled this one out of the box. I received a gray one in my last fix and in the feedback section told Jaycie I seriously wanted one in every color. They are SO soft and fit great.
Last is the 41Hawthorn Moni Abstract Chevron Stud Detail Blouse. This is the dud for me. I have never been fond of the Moni in the first place, but the chevron pattern was interesting and might have pulled me over the edge, however, it just doesn’t fit. It’s tight in the chest and at the bottom, but I really don’t like it enough to ask for a bigger size. So I am keeping it just to get the 25% off discount on my other items and I will try to sell it.
To see all the items I’ve kept from previous fixes you can visit my Pinterest board here. If you’re new to my blog, you might be wondering… What is Stitch Fix? Stitch Fix is an online personal styling service that will send you 5 pieces in a box. You pay a $20 styling fee up front in order for a stylist to choose pieces for you. Once the box arrives you can try everything on then choose what to keep. There is a 25% discount for keeping all 5 pieces. Before you get started there is a style profile you fill out so your stylist can know your preferences. You can choose to receive no jewelry like I have, or you can leave all the options open and receive clothes, jewelry, and/or an accessory each time. You can set up automatic shipments as frequently as every 2-3 weeks, or you can choose to do manual shipments and tell Stitch Fix when you’d like to receive a box. They also have a referral system where you can receive a $25 credit for every person who signs up through your link and purchases a fix. So really, even if you hate everything in the box, which I highly doubt you will, you’re only out $20. You can ship everything back with a prepaid envelope and choose whether to get another fix next month. If you leave detailed feedback about your items, keep your style profile updated, make a note about any upcoming special occasions or vacations, and link to your Pinterest, you’re bound to have a great fix!
