Today I am doing a little closet cleaning. Since subscribing to Stitch Fix, I have decided my closet needs a hugs purge. There are things in there that I have been holding onto for years thinking *maybe* I will get around to wearing it again, or *maybe* I will be that small again. I have decided that if it hasn’t been worn in a year or more, it’s gone. No matter how much I like it! I sold my clothes and whatever else on eBay for years, but their fees plus Paypal’s fees have just gotten outrageous and selling wasn’t worth it anymore. Recently I discovered Tradesy and have been selling items on there and have been really surprised by their service! Unlike eBay, Tradesy doesn’t have an auction style. You list your items and they stay for sale until they either sell or you take them down. They will clean the background of the images for you so they look nicer, and even send you a prepaid envelope to mail your items to the buyer once they sell. So far I have sold 14 items and made $520. There are big name brand items on there such as Coach, Louis Vuitton, Prada, etc. but there are also things from Gap, Old Navy, etc. so there is a wide variety of items for everyone. I have several items on there already, but today I added 3 more hoping to get some extra cash to go into our Disney savings jar.
